The e-commerce merchandising team at VistaPrint relies on a global design system, but our Merchandising Experience team lacked the accurate templates required to effectively execute pages such as the homepage, offers page, category pages, PDPs, and campaign landing pages. After identifying this organizational need, I led the design work through launch, and continue to actively develop and manage the library in partnership with design systems, product, and engineering teams.
